1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the RoadNest website, creating an account, subscribing to communications, submitting content, requesting support, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order. Additional terms or policies displayed for a specific feature, promotion, product, or transaction form part of your agreement when you use that feature or complete that transaction.
Electronic actions, including clicking a button, submitting a form, checking an agreement box, creating an account, or completing checkout, may be used to show consent where permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. If you use RoadNest on behalf of a company, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
You may not use RoadNest where access, purchase, shipment, payment, or use of the requested product would violate applicable law, sanctions, restrictions, court orders, or contractual obligations.

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, payment functions, source code, data, or restricted areas.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, scraping that disrupts the website, or security-testing tools without written authorization.
- Use false identities, stolen payment information, misleading shipping details, fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or manipulated promotion activity.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
- Use RoadNest to violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, consumer-protection laws, export restrictions, or other legal rights.
- Interfere with another customer’s use of the website or attempt to bypass quantity, geographic, product, payment, or security restrictions.
RoadNest may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access, cancel orders, preserve records, or cooperate with payment providers, carriers, authorities, or affected parties where reasonably necessary.
4. Accounts and customer information
When an account or saved customer feature is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and promptly updating information that changes.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless unauthorized use resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control. Notify RoadNest promptly if you believe credentials, payment details, or account information have been compromised.
RoadNest may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, or address prolonged inactivity.
5. Product information and vehicle compatibility
RoadNest works to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, compatibility information, installation guidance, and availability accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing changes, packaging updates, vehicle variations, or measurement methods.
Before ordering or installing an automotive accessory, you are responsible for reviewing:
- The vehicle year, make, model, trim, body style, seat type, console layout, outlet type, and relevant factory features.
- Product dimensions, mounting method, attachment points, device size, connector type, material, care instructions, and intended use.
- Clearance around airbags, seat belts, child-restraint points, pedals, steering controls, mirrors, displays, vents, doors, windows, and driver visibility.
- Vehicle manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Product information is general guidance and does not replace professional mechanical, electrical, medical, child-passenger, or vehicle-safety advice.
Never install or use a product in a way that blocks an airbag, restraint, pedal, control, mirror, display, vent, emergency exit, or the driver’s clear view of the road.
6. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee final acceptance.
RoadNest may accept, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, security concerns, or inconsistent customer information.
- Incorrect price, product description, promotion, availability, inventory, technical, or website information.
- Quantity limits, geographic restrictions, delivery limitations, duplicate orders, unusual transaction activity, or legal restrictions.
- An incomplete, invalid, inaccessible, or undeliverable address.
If RoadNest cancels an accepted payment before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded or released through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
7. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. The price charged is the price confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
You authorize RoadNest and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Taxes may be calculated based on the delivery address, billing details, product type, and applicable law. Bank, card issuer, currency conversion, overdraft, international, or other third-party fees are not controlled by RoadNest.
8. Shipping, delivery, and delay
RoadNest provides free standard shipping on confirmed orders. Most confirmed orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 calendar days, but estimates may be affected by order review, address accuracy, carrier routing, weather, emergencies, access restrictions, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances.
Delivery dates are estimates unless RoadNest clearly states otherwise. Risk of loss and responsibility for delivered products transfer as permitted by applicable law.
If RoadNest cannot ship within a promised shipment period, RoadNest may provide a revised shipment date, request consent to the delay, offer cancellation, or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and reviewing order details promptly. Address changes are not guaranteed after preparation or carrier movement begins.
9. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
RoadNest offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days for eligible products that meet the applicable conditions. Eligibility may depend on timing, condition, use, installation, included components, packaging, fit details, damage evidence, and the reason for the request.
Do not return a product without review and authorization. Keep the product, packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, hardware, and photographs available until instructions are provided.
Refunds are issued after the required review and, when applicable, receipt of the approved return. Refund timing may depend on the original payment method and financial institution.
RoadNest may refuse or reduce a remedy where permitted by law if a product is incomplete, intentionally damaged, altered, misused, contaminated, installed unsafely, returned outside the eligible period, or sent without authorization.
10. Promotions and discounts
Promotions may be subject to dates, eligible products, customer or order limits, exclusions, availability, and other terms displayed with the offer.
After successful email subscription, RoadNest provides an automatic 15% sitewide discount without a discount code. The discount is not limited to a first order, but eligibility may require an active valid subscription and compliance with the offer conditions.
Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount without a discount code. Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, transferred, duplicated through technical manipulation, or combined when the checkout system does not permit combination.
RoadNest may correct, suspend, or cancel a promotion affected by an error, unauthorized use, fraud, technical failure, or legal requirement.
11. Intellectual property
The RoadNest name, branding, website design, graphics, text, photographs, product presentation, icons, layout, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to RoadNest and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
RoadNest grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for lawful shopping and personal informational use. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, display, sell, sublicense, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit RoadNest content without written permission or another valid legal basis.
12. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, fit description, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, relevant, lawful, and that you have the right to submit it.
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant RoadNest a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, translate, adapt, and use submitted content for website operation, customer support, product education, moderation, marketing, and business records, subject to applicable privacy law.
Do not include payment details, passwords, government identification numbers, full addresses, tracking numbers, confidential information, unlawful material, threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, unrelated promotion, or content that violates another person’s rights.
RoadNest may moderate, refuse, remove, or retain submitted content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect privacy, maintain relevance, address legal obligations, or preserve website integrity.
13. Third-party services
The website may rely on or display services provided by payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, communication platforms, mapping services, social platforms, or other third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RoadNest does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, outages, fees, content, or policies, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis. RoadNest does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, continuous product availability, compatibility with every vehicle, or that every accessory will meet every customer preference.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any express product warranty provided with a product applies according to its stated terms.
RoadNest does not provide professional mechanical, electrical, medical, legal, insurance, child-passenger-safety, or emergency-services advice. Customers should seek qualified assistance when installation, vehicle systems, health conditions, restraints, or safety requirements are uncertain.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoadNest and its owners, employees, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of use, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from website use, product use, delayed delivery, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoadNest’s total liability arising from a specific order or event will not exceed the amount paid to RoadNest for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability that may arise from fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal-injury claims.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoadNest and its owners, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful website use, fraud, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or unsafe installation or misuse of a product.
This provision does not require you to indemnify RoadNest for RoadNest’s own unlawful conduct or for responsibility that cannot legally be shifted.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of another jurisdiction must apply.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to attempt a good-faith informal resolution by providing a written description of the issue and requested outcome. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a court or process that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky, unless applicable law provides another required venue or consumer forum.
18. Changes, termination, and general terms
Changes to these Terms
RoadNest may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, products, business practices, legal requirements, or technology. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown, subject to applicable notice requirements.
Suspension and termination
RoadNest may suspend access, remove content, restrict features, or cancel an account or order when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect customers, address fraud or security concerns, comply with law, or prevent harm.
Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
No waiver
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without RoadNest’s written consent. RoadNest may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.
Entire agreement
These Terms and the policies or disclosures incorporated into a transaction form the complete agreement between you and RoadNest regarding the website and services, except for separate written agreements signed by an authorized RoadNest representative.
